Excellent Cancer Care Made a Difference

I had the best care when I had Breast Cancer ten years ago, starting with Dr. Olfert being my family doctor and taking time to explain all my options. He was there for me to answer my questions and console me. Dr. Jordan did my mastectomy and even came to the hospital to see me a day after surgery. That does not happen very often in big city hospitals. Recently, you assisted us through the purchase of a fence around the SL4 Palliative Care Garden area, as well as bath chairs, a shower chair, and a number of slings for the mechanical lifts. Panda Infant Warmers

The Panda warmers are crucial pieces of equipment for our Obstetrics Program and help us provide the highest quality and safest care to the babies we deliver. We greatly value them as they include all the necessary pieces to properly monitor a baby after birth (basically a "one-stop-shop"). Some babies have trouble making the transition from inside to outside and the warmers are a key part of neonatal resuscitation. By having a dedicated warmer for each room, we are able to maintain that high-quality care…

Laparoscopic Surgical Tower

This tower is required for all laparoscopic surgeries, such as for hernia, gall bladder, colon, appendix, and gynecological.  More surgeries are conducted laparoscopically, in order to have smaller incisions, which leads to less pain, less complications, and quicker recoveries for patients.  The current tower can no longer be repaired, so replacement is necessary.  This tower will provide the best technology available today, so the surgeon has a high-definition camera and a large monitor to ensure a high…
