Make a Gift in Memory or Honour of Someone Special
One of the greatest satisfactions in making a charitable gift is the opportunity to pay tribute to someone who touched your life in a significant way. Through a commemorative gift, in memory of someone who is deceased or in honour of someone who is living, you may honour a relative and perpetuate your family name, or you may recognize a mentor or friend. At the same time, your gift expresses your commitment to the future of your community, and provides valuable support for the charitable purposes you believe in.
Donations made in Memory
Upon receipt of your gift, we will send a letter to the honouree’s next of kin in acknowledgement of your special gift (the amount of your gift will be confidential). When sending a memorial gift, please include the name of the honouree, as well as the name and address of the next of kin.

Donations made in Honour / Celebration
Say thank you to someone who has inspired you or touched your life, or has achieved a milestone in their own life. In Honour/Celebration donations are a fantastic way to express your gratitude while making a difference in the lives of others.
Upon receipt of your gift, recognition will be sent to the honouree on your behalf. When sending a gift, please include the name and address of the person being honoured, and a brief explanation of the cause for celebration (i.e. retirement). You will receive an official tax receipt by mail confirming the details of your donation.
